UKZN & LIASA Mini-Conference
The conference on Institutional mergers and their impact on the LIS sector: challenges, experiences and lessons is less than a month away. View the programme which demonstrates the variety of papers on issues resulting from mergers. This conference is an ideal opportunity to share ideas and exchange views that will add value to the service that we as information workers provide to the users of the facilities. A significant and critical component in the provision of information is human resources. Experts in the field will share their views and enlighten the sector in our endeavours to meet the mission and vision of our institutions.
For those that have not yet registered, PLEASE do so as soon as possible as there are only a limited number of seats. Also note that the registration form has been amended to incorporate attendance at the social function and the gift of a golf shirt. Attendance at the social function is free thanks largely to the kind sponsorship of SWETS. The golf shirt will be included as a gift in the delegate's pack as it was sponsored by EBSCO.
