The IFLA Social Science Libraries Standing Committee in collaboration with Namibia Information Workers Association, Namibia Library and Archives Services and Human Rights and Documentation Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Namibia, invites all delegates who submitted abstracts for papers and those who only want to attend and participate in a conference on the above theme. The conference will be held at the Safari Hotel, Windhoek, Namibia on the 11 and 12 August 2015.
The conference will provide a platform for librarians and information workers with an opportunity to share and develop best practices relating to the roles of libraries in supporting national development for socio and economic development.
