Knowledge transfer for the future: a post-WLIC / IFLA 2007 seminar
Presented by IGBIS
Knowledge transfer for the future: a Post-WLIC / IFLA 2007 Seminar, was held on 24 August 2007 at the International Convention Centre, Durban. The seminar was presented by the LIASA Interest Group for Bibliographic Standards (IGBIS) and was attended by 95 delegates.
The theme of the seminar was in line with the theme of the IFLA Conference, Libraries for the future, and provided an opportunity to delegates who were not able to attend the IFLA conference to listen to international speakers.
The day was a great success and feedback from the delegates indicates that they experienced the seminar as an excellent update and that it was great to listen to the international speakers.
