Fourth Southern African Library Acquisitions Conference
16 - 17 May 2006
CSIR International Convention Centre, Pretoria
This conference is a gathering of people working in the fields of library acquisitions, publishing and the supply of information resources to discuss issues of mutual interest or concern in an open, friendly forum. The general tone always tends more towards the congenial than the scholarly, although the topics are serious and informative – sometimes even controversial.
Old comfort zones in all sectors have been swept away by technological advancements – become part of the paradigm shift by participating in the 4th SALAC Conference.
