About the speakers:Dr Albert WortDr Wort is a Senior Lecturer in the College of Business and Economics, Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at the University of Johannesburg. His interests include individual and team facilitation in the field of Leadership for Change and Wellness, relationship building, professional leadership and spirituality in the workplace.
Prof Maria Frahm-ArpProf Frahm-Arp has a background as an academic. She was awarded her PhD in 2006 from the University of Warwick in the UK and her area of specialisation is Pentecostal Charismatic Churches in Southern Africa. She has written two books and several journal articles. Prof Frahm-Arp's leadership style is to empower and inspire people to be the best they can be. She likes to work in a collegial and collaborative way because everybody has different strengths and when working together we are able to do amazing things.
