TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Payments
- All registration fees must be paid by 22 September 2021.
- If no payment is received by 22 September 2021, you will be deregistered from the conference and might be held liable for administrative costs.
- By registering for the conference you personally accept responsibility for the payment of the invoice.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to finance@soafrica.com and conference@liasa.org.za.
- Official receipts will only be issued upon written request after proof of payment has been received, and the payment has been cleared and identified in the conference bank account.
- Please use the reference number provided on the invoice when making payment. Neither LIASA nor Scatterlings will take responsibility for any lack of action associated with payments without, or with incorrect, references.
- Purchase Orders
- Purchase Orders will not be accepted as a method of payment – payment must have been received by LIASA before the conference login details will be sent to delegates.
- Registration Dates
- Online registration closes on 22 September 2021.
- Registration requests received after 22 September 2021 will have to be paid immediately before the registration can be finalised.
- Login details
- Login details will only be issued to delegates whose full conference fees have been paid. Login details are personalised and only allow the delegate associated with that registration access to the platform.
- Delegates will not be allowed to attend the Conference if they still have outstanding fees from previous LIASA Conferences.
- Transfer of registrations
- A delegate who has already paid and is subsequently unable to attend the Conference must notify the organisers in writing prior to the Conference. You will be allowed to send a substitute provided the substitute is in the same registration fee category. Adjustments to increase the fee will be made if the substitute is in a higher fee category than the original delegate. The paid fee will remain as is if the substitute delegate is in a cheaper category than the original delegate.
- Cancellation policy
- All cancellations, including a motivation giving reasons for cancelling, must be received by the conference secretariat in writing via email by 31 August 2021. A substitute can be sent - see point 5a above.
- Any cancellations received in writing by 31 August 2021 will result in a 50% refund of the paid fees.
- Any cancellations received in writing after 31 August 2021 will result in a 0% refund of paid fees.
- Refunds will only be issued after the conference has taken place.
- Paid-up conference delegates who for whatever reason do not attend the conference, and have not cancelled as per the conditions above, will not be eligible to claim a refund.
