		| There is no doubt that orientation forms an integral part of the First Year Experience (FYE) across universities. In most cases, the very first academic library visit for a first year student is during orientation where they are introduced to their librarian and library and information services offered. During our HELIG webinar in 2021 on "Going virtual with Library orientation", and in 2022, “Going hybrid with library orientation” vibrant discussions and sharing of best practices among academic librarians and faculty took place. Following the lifting of the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions resulting in easing back to normal, many libraries have opened their physical spaces. However, some institutions / libraries have decided to have a hybrid service to users (physical and online). It therefore calls for a time to find out from colleagues about their orientation programmes offered in 2023. The question should be considered: How was your library orientation conducted at your university in 2023 and what has changed?? What is the future of library orientation? Join us on Friday, 10 March 2023 at 13:00-14h00 for an informal conversation online over coffee with invited academic librarians to share ideas and current best practices from the 2023 orientation programmes.
