Our keynote speaker, Mr. Jeff Nyoka, with over 20 years of experience, is the Manager for eLearning services in the City of Johannesburg Public Libraries. He has implemented successful digital literacy programs and led the libraries to win several awards, including the EIFL Public Library Innovation Award.

Our Q&A session will be conducted by Dr. Molaodi Margaret Matobako, a senior librarian with over 32 years of experience. Dr. Matobako holds a Doctorate in Information Science from the University of South Africa and is known for her contributions to literary scholarship and promoting education and library services through media.
