Guidelines for Conference Poster submissions

Submission of abstracts

Submit your abstract for a poster here. 

Poster specifications

Each poster will be allocated an exhibition board on which the poster must be mounted. The dimensions of the exhibition boards are 900mm x 1200mm. Posters should not exceed these dimensions and can be smaller (e.g. A0 or A1 or A2 size). 

Please ensure your poster is in portrait format and not in landscape format. Posters in landscape format will not be allowed to be displayed.

Conference attendance

The poster author or at least one of the authors must be registered to attend the LIASA Annual Conference.  Only authors of posters that were present at the conference will be considered for the Best Poster award.

Conference registration fees, travel and accommodation as well as design and printing of the poster is for your own expenses.
